The 21 and over trailer begins with a unsuspected voiceover telling the viewer about how Jeff Chang, one of the lead roles in this film entered the world 21 years ago "21 years ago Jeff Chang entered the world naked and screaming". This voiceover is with the clip of a baby that has just been born, naked and screaming. At this point the audience's expectations of the film are reversed as it appears to be a relaxed film such as a drama or documentary. However it then follows on to explain that it is his 21st birthday and the voiceover then proceeds to say "tonight, he will end up the same way." This is said with a video of Jeff Chang running down a street wearing a woman's bra and pants with a teddy glued to his genitals, screaming like a new born child. This then reverts the audiences expectations back to where they were before.This trailer shows events which take place in the film such as scenes in bars and nightclubs with 3 friends having a fun night out.
I believe that this film is similar to ours as it is 3 friends whom go out and have fun. This includes a lot of shots where they are seen dancing and partying, much alike our ideas for ours. The shots include a lot of people in places, making it look crowded and busy and a lot of shots where alcohol and bars are shown. Looking at this film gave me some ideas of shots that we could possibly use such as:
